Tracey Noseworthy has dedicated herself to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga since 2001, when she discovered it during her first pregnancy. Inspired initially by Shiva Rea, she has since trained with teachers around the world, blending dynamic alignment-based flow with traditional Eastern philosophy and a strong mind-body focus.
Tracey completed her RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification with Shiva Rea, with an emphasis on Prana Vinyasa training, and earned her RYT 500 certification with Janet Stone, specializing in philosophy, intuitive sequencing, and unified breath and movement. She holds a degree in Physical Education from McMaster University (1988), which she credits as the catalyst for her three-decade career in health and wellness.
On the DoYogaWithMe 200-hour teacher training, Tracey leads the yoga philosophy curriculum. She also leads retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings around the world, and runs ongoing mentorship offerings locally and globally.
