Yogacharya Tara Dutt

Yogacharya Tara Dutt has practiced yoga since childhood and has studied Raja, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga. He earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Sanskrit, then a second Master’s in Yogic Science and Vedic Philosophy, all at Sanskrit University Haridwar. His teaching career began at Gyan Yog Path yoga school, where he led asana classes before traveling internationally to teach. He has taught at the Nada Yoga School since its first teacher training course and now leads classes specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Sanskrit mantra chanting. Based in Rishikesh, India, he teaches with the goal of bringing students a deeper understanding of yoga by integrating classical theory with personal experience.
