Breathe With JP is the online studio of breathwork facilitator Jon Paul Crimi, based in Los Angeles. The school offers self-paced breathwork programs, live online classes, and online and in-person breathwork teacher training.
Jon Paul’s approach is deliberately practical — what he describes as an East Coast, no-nonsense take on breathwork — designed to make the practice accessible to people who may be skeptical of more “new age” framings. The current catalogue includes the Five-Day Emotional Detox self-paced course, a two-part online breathwork teacher training (Basics & One-on-One, plus Couples & Groups), and an in-person teacher training intensive. Students work through video modules and downloadable guided breathwork tracks on their own schedule, with the option to bundle the teacher training courses into a certification pathway.
