Inspired Living

Inspired Living is the home of Great Energy, an online qigong school led by Christopher Grant (Qigong Teacher Trainer, RYT-500) and Daniela Hess (MSEd, CTACC, RYT-500). The school focuses on healing qigong, traditional Chinese medicine, somatic practice, and meditation, with programs designed for both personal practitioners and teachers. Its flagship offering is the Great Energy Healing Qigong Immersion & Level 1 Certification, an 8-week hybrid training approved by Yoga Alliance as continuing education for yoga teachers. The curriculum blends qigong forms, breathwork, and healing sounds with TCM theory, the five elements, meridian work, and teaching methodology. Weekly live Zoom classes, lecture sessions, and instructor Q&A sit alongside self-paced video modules, and students get twelve months of live support after enrolment. Over 10,000 students have completed Great Energy programs through Inspired Living.
