The Eight Stages of Yoga Nidra
- Stage 1. Turn off any distractions such as your phone and lower the lights. Begin relaxing and getting comfortable while lying on your back.
- Stage 2. Called Sankalpa, this stage invites you to create a positive affirmation and then repeat that affirmation in your mind three times.
