Who is Full Circle Yoga?

Before we delve into the list of courses, certifications, and resources this yoga school offers, let’s start off by answering the question: who is Full Circle Yoga?

The Full Circle Yoga School is a mystically and spiritually infused yoga school that strives to help its students “become the best version of yourself through yoga and mindful practice…”

Many of which are offered in the school’s exotic wellness retreat packages, which include luxury accommodations and services, such as spas, expert-led nature tours, amongst many others.

How Did Full Circle Yoga Get Started?

Full Circle Yoga School was originally founded by Jolie Wilson, a certified yoga teacher of 7 different yogic practices who, after 22 years of study and practice in yoga, meditation, and intuitive arts, decided it was time to create an environment where she could share these gifts with others.

Prior to 2009, Jolie struggled significantly with a series of mental disorders including depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, in addition to overcoming debilitating trauma. Feeling like she was living a broken life, Jolie turned towards various yoga practices in 2009 in attempts to find mental, emotional, and physical healing.

As her knowledge grew and her life improved, she began delving deeper into these passions, leading her to not only found Full Circle Yoga School, but to also create other opportunities to teach and improve other people’s lives through:

Of course, Jolie doesn’t run Full Circle Yoga School by herself. Following its founding, she acquired a spectacular team of retreat facilitators that feature yoga, spiritual, and mystical infused practitioners from all around the world. Each is committed to holding sacred space and ensuring their students grow into the best version of themselves.

In-Person Certifications

When it comes to yoga training, many aspiring teachers and passionate users prefer the environment that an in-person class creates, where they can interact with their yogi and like-minded people around them.

As far as Full Circle Yoga is concerned, the only in-person yoga certifications they offer are those dedicated to yoga teacher training (YTT).

These courses are specifically designed to teach aspiring yoga teachers the foundational knowledge and skills they need to become an effective yogi themselves, before building on these skills to make them a well-rounded expert in their respective yoga practice.

Full Circle Yoga School offers four YTT in-person courses total: a 200-hour and 300-hour Hatha Vinyasa YTT, and a 200-hour Kundalini YTT.

200 Hour Hatha Vinyasa

The 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa course is offered over a 17-day period and designed for “anyone interested in using yoga as a tool to uncover deep truth, well-being, and healing.”

Course cost ranges from $3,599-$3,899, depending on location, and focuses, not only on teaching its students the essentials of the Hatha/Vinyasa practices, but how to go beyond their unconscious limitations as well.

It’s not all about memorizing techniques and information. Through their training, a significant number of students also find personal healing through the release of past traumas, cleansing and clearing of the soul, and a rise in intuition.

By the end, they receive much more than just a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification.

300 Hour Hatha Vinyasa

The 300-Hour Hatha Vinyasa course does much the same as the 200-hour course previously discussed, but utilizes an additional eleven days (28 days total) to expand on what their students gained from the 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa course, which is a prerequisite for enrollment.

The course is currently only offered in the Florida Keys for $6,999, which includes tuition, lodging, and meals.

Throughout the course, students can expect to deepen their understanding of:

The transformative and in-depth experience they will gain here goes beyond certification requirements by fusing mind, body, and soul.

200 Hour Kundalini

If the practices of Kundalini speak to you more than those of Hatha/Vinyasa, then this 200-hour Kundalini course offered by Full Circle Yoga School is the perfect place for you to start your yoga teacher training journey.

The in-person option for this course is currently only offered in the Florida Keys for $4,499 and lasts for a 21-day period.

It focuses on providing students with an immersive environment where they can learn the fundamentals of Kundalini while simultaneously healing and growing as individuals. Students will attend a series of enriching and insightful classes and activities, such as chakra balancing, meditation, and chanting, alongside their peers and dedicated yogis.

Online Certifications

Although there are benefits to attending a yoga course in-person, many people can’t fit that sort of commitment into their daily routine. The stricter schedule can be challenging to work around and oftentimes doesn’t match people’s learning styles if they prefer to absorb material at their own pace.

Thankfully, Full Circle Yoga School doesn’t limit their course content access to those who can travel to South Florida or their more exotic locations. The school is also renowned worldwide for its exceptional online courses.

Not only do these courses contain the same, high-quality material and teachings as their in-person courses, but they are also offered at a much-reduced rate, making them an affordable option for anyone interested in learning from Full Circle Yoga School but unable to pay for the in-person and/or resort classes.

Those interested in enrolling in an online course have six options:

  • 200-Hour Kundalini Online Teacher Training
  • 300-Hour Kundalini Online Yoga Teacher Training
  • 200-Hour Hatha Vinyasa Online Course

Again, we are going to discuss each of these certification options in more detail below to help you decide if you’d like to invest in any, or even all, of them.

Students will also have access to a number of resources, including live chats, where they can communicate with their yogis and peers.

300 Hour Kundalini Online Teacher Training

Just like the in-person option, this 300-hour Kundalini teacher training course is focused on expanding the knowledge students received from the previous, 200-hour Kundalini course.

It is offered at a rate of $1,999, and those enrolled must have completed Full Circle Yoga School’s 200-hour YTT to be eligible.

The 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa online course offered by Full Circle Yoga School will give students all the essential skills and knowledge they need to become a certified teacher in this particular practice at this level.

300 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Online Course

The 300-hour Hatha Vinyasa online course is an extension of its predecessor, the 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa online course, which students must have completed and received a certification in prior to enrollment.

It, too, is offered at a rate of $1,999 and focuses on supplementing its student’s foundational knowledge in addition to promoting transformation of mind, body, and soul.

108 Hour Meditation Teacher Training

In addition to the standard YTT courses found in most yoga schools, Full Circle Yoga School also offers a more specialized certification in the form of its 108-hour Meditation Teacher Training program.

For an exceptionally affordable rate of $599, students enrolled in the course will “profoundly expand (their) knowledge while deepening (their) practice of 30 different types of meditation.” While the focus is overtly on meditation, it is not limited to this practice.

In fact, founder Jolie Wilson and her team go to exceptional lengths to teach meditation and how it connects to countless other yoga practices in addition to its mental, spiritual, and physical benefits.

Anxiety and Depression Relief

The last online certification course we’d like to discuss that is offered by Full Circle Yoga School is one that is particularly close to home for founder, Jolie Wilson.

The Anxiety and Depression Relief strives to help anyone, teacher, student, or otherwise, improve elements of their core lifestyle in hopes to achieve a happier and healthier mental state. It is offered at the unbeatable price of $399, and although you don’t walk away with a certification upon completion, you do leave with a series of skills that can be implemented in any yoga practice, as well as everyday life.

Students also embark on a deeply personal journey and find a deeper understanding of who they are, what they value in life, and how they can use relevant aspects of yoga, mindfulness, and spiritualism to cope with and overcome the debilitating effects of anxiety and depression.
